The farm has been producing excellent quality extra virgin olive oil for decades.
This is due to the blend of olives harvested from different varieties of olive trees such as Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio, just to name a few.
Surrounded by the imposing walls of the city of Cosa, in fact we find centuries-old plants of rare beauty, which benefit from the sea breeze, while in the valley below we have well-tended new generation plants on soils of different structures.
The result of the cold pressing of the whole of these olives is an extra virgin oil with strong organoleptic properties and a delicate taste that is also highly appreciated by restaurants.
The company’s policy has always been to not use pesticides and other substances harmful to health, hence the intention to be certified as an organic company.
Since 2020 the certification process has been undertaken with the Bioagricert company.
For some years we have specialized in the production of hay for both equidae and bovidae.
In fact, from a blend of Capo Rosso and Ojetto Clover seeds, a quality product was born, suitable for feeding horses that have to carry out competitive activities.
Part of the land was used for the cultivation of Alfalfa.
